A mild scent from production materials is normal and fades quickly. Air it out for a few hours before use.

It’s rolled for shipping and will flatten over time. To speed it up, place heavy objects on the edges for a few hours.

Hand wash with soap, gently scrub with a soft brush, rinse with cold water, and air dry. Avoid prolonged soaking or direct sunlight.

Few loose strands is normal and can be trimmed and won’t affect durability. A small bump where stitching starts and ends is also normal.

Roll it up and store it in a cool, dry place. Slight fading or fraying over time is normal with regular use.
