Shipping Policy for Kuzeno

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on holidays unless the carrier is available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • The estimated delivery time displayed at checkout reflects the most accurate delivery window based on the selected shipping method.
  • We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers based on availability and efficiency.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Free Shipping Offers (U.S. Only) 
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on orders over a certain value (e.g., over $50) or during special promotions like holiday sales. Please note that free shipping offers are only available for U.S. orders and are subject to availability and specific promotions.

Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping within the United States and have expanded to select international destinations. Our international shipping network will continue to grow over time.

International Shipping
For international orders, customers will pay for the product and shipping at checkout. Customers can choose their preferred carrier during checkout, and we’ll ship with that carrier. However, duties, taxes, and any applicable fees imposed by the destination country's customs office will be the customer's responsibility upon arrival. Kuzeno does not collect these fees at checkout, as they vary by country. This approach allows us to streamline our shipping process and offer a more cost-effective solution for our customers.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your package. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder, or contact us for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are with the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out directly to the carrier for assistance. We recommend contacting us as well, and we will guide you through the process.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and any additional shipping fees for reshipping due to address errors will be the customer's responsibility.

Signature Required & Insurance
We do not offer signature-required delivery or insurance for shipments. All orders are shipped without signature confirmation, and we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
