1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We now offer international shipping to select countries, and we plan to expand our international shipping network over time. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.

2. WHEN WILL MY MOUSEPAD ARRIVE?

We’ll take 1-3 days to process your order. Once that’s done, U.S. shipping usually takes 2-8 business days, depending on your location. Our inventory is stored in Maryland, US, so the closer you are, the faster your mousepad will arrive at your door!

3. WHY DOES MY KUZENO MOUSEPAD HAVE A SLIGHT SMELL WHEN I FIRST RECEIVE IT?

The smell comes from production materials and fades quickly. Air it out in a well-ventilated area for a few hours before use to speed up the process. 

4. WHY DOESN’T MY KUZENO MOUSEPAD LAY FLAT ON MY DESK?

The mousepad is rolled for shipping, which can cause slight curves. It will flatten over time, but you can speed up the process by placing heavy objects on the edges for a few hours. 

5. HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY KUZENO MOUSEPAD TO MAINTAIN ITS QUALITY?

To maintain your mousepad’s quality, we recommend hand washing. Briefly soak it with soap, gently scrub with a soft brush, and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Let it air dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid prolonged soaking or direct sunlight, as these can affect its durability.

6. WHY ARE THERE LOOSE STRANDS ON THE STITCHING OF MY KUZENO MOUSEPAD?

Loose strands are normal and can be trimmed with scissors. They won’t affect performance, as the stitching is tightly woven. A small bump where the stitching starts and ends is also normal and doesn’t impact functionality or durability.

7. HOW SHOULD I STORE MY KUZENO MOUSEPAD, AND IS WEAR OVER TIME NORMAL?

Roll it up as shipped and store it in the original packaging if possible. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity. Slight fading or edge fraying is normal with regular use.

8. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, AND HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

We offer a 30-day return policy for U.S. orders. To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@Kuzeno.com. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
